I have worked for a number  of reputable international publishers and packagers over this time, including Orchard Books, Dorling Kindersley, LEGO Media, Pinwheel Limited and Macmillan Children’s Books.

I’ve worked on a wide variety of books through my publishing career, ranging from teenage fiction to licensed character books and novelty books. My most recent full-time job was Senior Editor at Macmillan Children’s Books in London.

I’ve written over one hundred books, mainly novelty and picture books, but also some information books. Many of my books have been published all over the world. Two of my books were shortlisted for prestigious Booktrust Early Years Awards.

I have also written parent-interest pieces for parents magazines, websites and blogs.

I am currently working as a freelance writer and editor and I am developing my own original book ideas. I work with websites, packagers, publishers and am happy to advise aspiring authors. Please do get in touch for more information.
